Ingredient of vada pav

Pav (double roti ) According to need, Potatoes - 3 (boiled), Green Coriander - 2-3 table spoons (finely chopped), Salt - ¼ teaspoon or according to taste, Turmeric powder - Less than ¼ teaspoon, Red Chilli Powder - Less than ¼ teaspoon, Rye - ¼ teaspoon, Cumin seeds - ¼ teaspoon, Curry Leaf - 8-10, Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon, Ginger - 1 tbsp (Paste), Green Chilli - 1 (Finely Chopped), Gram flour - 1 cup, Red Chilli Powder – 1, Salt - ¼ teaspoon or according to taste, Baking soda - 1 pinch, Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch.

Green chilli sauce Ingredient

Green Chilli  - 50 grams
Vinegar - 3/4 cups
Ginger - 2 inch piece
Salt - 2 teaspoons (according to taste)
Asafetida- 2-3 pinches (ground 1/4 teaspoon)
Oil - 2-3 tablespoons

Making of Green chilli sauce

Wash green chillies thoroughly and dry them while drying the water, break the stem and separate it. Now chop the chillies in large pieces. Wash ginger and peel it in pieces.

Heat oil by adding oil, add cumin seeds, roast cumin seeds and fry them lightly and add chopped green chilies and ginger, fry them for 1 minute, add salt and mix well. Add half a cup of water and cover it on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Open the lid and let the chilli run spoon and cover again and let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. After making the chilli 12-15, green chili have become soft, if water is visible in it, then cook it in the open and make the water cook until it burns.
