Ingredient of raj kachori
150 grams of moong dal, 250 grams of flour, 10 to 15 garlic
cloves, 5 boiled potatoes, 2 bowl coriander leaves, 5 green chillies, 1
teaspoon red chili powder, 1 spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon amchoor, 2
teaspoons fennel, 4 Spoonful of sugar, 1 teaspoon celery, 1 spoon cumin, 5 to 6
black pepper, 1 spoon kachori masala, 1 bowl of tamarind juice, 1 bowl of curd,
1 hard pomegranate granule, 1 hard granular salt, salt taste and oil
requirement. Accordingly (250 grams of oil almost)

To make raj kachori dal masala we have to keep moong dal for 7 hours.
After the dal is filled, mix the dough in a mixer. Now, in 1 bowl, grind them
all according to fennel, black pepper, garlic, 8 buds, 2 green chilies, some
coriander leaves ginger and salt taste.

To make the tamarind sweet chutney, cook it in 5 minutes 1
glass of water. After cooking the tamarind, take out its juice and add jaggery,
salt and sugar to it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes and then take it out in a
bowl.

To make green chutney, mix coriander leaves, garlic 5 to 6
ginger and green chillies, according to salt taste. And all the ingredients are
fine in the mix and now our chutney is ready.

To make garbage, add 2 bowl of flour, 1 spoon celery and oil
for 3 to 4 teaspoons , salt according to taste and prepare 1 soft dough.

make potato tikki, stir the boiled potatoes and add the fennel seeds, cumin
seeds, coriander leaves, 2 green chilies, ginger grinded. Mix 1 teaspoon red
chilli and amchoor according to the flavor and mix the salt and make the small
potato tikki on the pan till golden brown

yogurt in a bowl and pour 2 teaspoons of water and mix it a bit. Mixing cumin
